Established in 2021, Jaynco Electric is a minority and family owned electrical company. Run by a licensed electrician, Jaime Najera, who has over a decade of experience in the Local 134 Chicago Union. 

We treat all of our employees with respect and support them in furthering their knowledge and skills. One of our goals as a company is to give our employees the opportunity to grow and fulfill their own personal career goals. 

As we vow to treat our employees with respect that extends to our customers as well. We take pride in our work and our staff to guarantee that our customers are being taken care of by knowledgable professionals. 

Jaime Najera is the President and Owner of Jaynco Electric. Jaime has 17+ years experience working in the Union with Local 134. His experience ranges from high rises to hospitals and beyond, but his most valuable asset is his character.

Zynthia Araiza came to Jaynco Electric with years of HR and business administration background. Now running our business operations she is our behind the scenes mastermind for everything from HR to day to day operations.

Deborah Hodgin started this company with her husband, Jaime Najera, a little over a year ago. Deborah comes from years of customer service and administrative experience. Her and Zynthia now partner together for all of Jaynco's operations.
